Jumpy Tower Privacy Policy

Effective 10 September 2026 · Jumpy Tower for iPhone and iPad.

Jumpy Tower is an arcade game supported by AGI Solutions. Gameplay works offline. Version 1.2, initially available through TestFlight, adds optional iCloud progress sync. This policy covers the game and these support pages; other AGI Solutions services have their own policies.

Inside the game

AGI Solutions does not receive or collect your gameplay profile. The game has no developer-run accounts, advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

Data on your device

Settings, high scores, play statistics, and the last recorded replay are saved locally on your device. They are not sent to us. Your device or computer backups may include this data depending on your backup settings. In versions before 1.2, there is no built-in cloud synchronization.

Optional iCloud sync in version 1.2

When iCloud is available and the iCloud switch in Settings is enabled, the game uses Apple’s private iCloud key-value storage to synchronize records, play statistics, gem progress, cosmetic unlocks, and tutorial progress between your devices. Sync is enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings. Your settings and replay recordings stay local. Apple handles this storage through your Apple Account; AGI Solutions does not receive a copy. Gameplay remains available without iCloud or a network connection.

Your controls

Settings lets you control music, sound effects, haptics, and iCloud sync. Turning sync off stops the game from synchronizing further changes; it does not delete copies already in iCloud. Deleting the app removes its local data. Copies in device or computer backups must be managed separately in those backup settings. Deleting the app does not necessarily delete its iCloud data. Manage iCloud copies through Apple’s storage controls. We cannot restore your scores ourselves because we do not hold a copy.

Sharing a run

In version 1.2, Share Run creates a score card and opens the system share sheet only when you tap it. You choose whether and where to share it. The game does not send a card automatically or access your photo library.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and resolve your request, retaining it as needed for support, security, or legal obligations. Hosting and email providers process ordinary connection or delivery information, which may include IP addresses, browser information, and timestamps. These support pages include no advertising or analytics scripts. Information you voluntarily email is separate from data handled inside the offline game.

Children and updates

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If its practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.
